Making a Difference in Afghanistan
Kindness Umbrella to Defend Afghan Children (KUDAC) is a registered non-profit organization established in November 2022, dedicated to creating an educated and independent society in Afghanistan. Founded by Maryam Halimi and co-founded by Alireza Najafi, KUDAC operates from Bamiyan Province, focusing primarily on education and youth empowerment in underprivileged communities.

We are committed to creating an educated and independent society without inequalities and discrimination, by providing educational opportunities for working, needy, and orphaned children and youth, while empowering deprived communities both spiritually and materially.
Our Mission
To foster an educated and equitable society where all vulnerable people, especially underprivileged children and youth, have access to education, health, sustainable livelihood opportunities, and essential infrastructure services, regardless of their economic and social status.

KUDAC History
Kindness Umbrella to Defend Afghan Children (KUDAC) emerged from the motivation and personal initiative of its founders, Maryam Halimi and Alireza Najafi, who recognized the bitter realities and challenges faced by Afghan society. Established in November 2022, KUDAC aims to enhance the socio-economic status of underprivileged people, particularly focusing on education and youth empowerment. Our journey began with a deep understanding of the hardships faced by the underprivileged, and we've committed ourselves to making a positive difference in their lives.
